Can we import existing dogs?
Yes. We can import dogs from CSV files, but the import is currently handled manually by our team.
Is there support?
Yes. We offer standard support on working days from 9:00 to 17:00.
What payment methods are accepted?
Right now, the platform is purchased manually through bank transfer, and payments inside the app have to be paired manually. We are working on full Stripe integration for buying the platform and Bank API payment pairing.
How secure is our data?
Herdio is designed around encrypted transport, controlled access, backups, and deployment options for clubs with stricter data-location needs.
Do you offer API access?
Yes. Herdio can expose competition, registration, and result data for club websites or internal systems.
